Only building objects are charged. Buildings under which buildings are classified are not charged, so you can create any number of them free of charge. After you have registered and logged in, you have two free building objects available. You can purchase additional building objects by clicking the "Buy" button in the window that appears when you click the "Create New Object" button in the "Building Objects" section (see image)
